Provide smooth, efficient management of daily operations

  • Utilize state-of-the art software and hardware to ensure accurate and safe information retention.
  • Develop, maintain and follow standardized policies and procedures.
  • Preserve records and history of the organization

  • Establish professional vendor relations and collaboration.

Utilize strategic planning and data analysis for informed and purposeful decision making

  • Apply strategic planning and strategic thinking to all decisions.
  • Support committee activities by providing continuity with board directives and the strategic plan.
  • Monitor legislation, lobbying and industry advancements and take appropriate action in support of the organization’s strategic plan.

Provide leadership development strategies for succession planning

  • Provide leadership skills and training that enable members to contribute to the organization, the profession and the community.
  • Provide leaders with opportunities for media and public relations training.
  • Develop a long-term plan to ensure continued availability of qualified leaders.
  • Implement strategies to develop a competent pool of potential leaders.

Develop programs that will increase membership value

  • Provide staff support for committees and board of directors.
  • Distribute timely and accurate meeting agendas and materials.
  • Keep accurate meeting records that clearly capture decisions and actions.
  • Provide leadership development opportunities at all levels of the organization.
  • Hold public policy forums to educate and influence members, legislators and the public.
